Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Property Flow. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Property Flow is a customer relationship management platform for capturing, qualifying and following up on business enquiries. We provide it on a subscription basis and may change or improve features over time. We will not remove a material feature you rely on without reasonable notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for everything done by the users you invite to your organisation. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You may not use Property Flow to send unsolicited messages. Concretely, you agree that:

— Every contact you message through the platform has given you their details directly, or has contacted you first. You will not upload purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise harvested lists.

— You will honour opt-out requests immediately and will not message a contact who has unsubscribed or whose address has bounced.

— You will not impersonate anyone, misrepresent who a message is from, or use the platform to send malware, phishing or unlawful content.

— You will comply with the law that applies to your messaging, including the rules of the email and messaging networks we deliver through.

You are the sender of the messages your account produces, and you are responsible for having the consent that sending them requires.

We monitor for abuse and we may suspend sending, suspend an account, or terminate it, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Where the risk allows it we will warn you first; where it does not — an active spam run, a security incident, a legal demand — we may act immediately and explain afterwards. Repeated or deliberate breach of the acceptable use section ends the agreement.

The enquiry and contact data you put into the platform remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it while your account is active. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train models for anyone else.

You are responsible for having the right to give us that data in the first place, and for answering the privacy requests of the people it describes. We will help you answer them.

Subscription fees, billing period and included usage are the ones shown on your plan when you subscribe. Fees are payable in advance. If a payment fails we will tell you and give you a grace period before restricting the account; continued non-payment moves the account to read-only and then to suspension.

You can cancel at any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We may terminate for breach as described above, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service. After termination we retain your data for a limited period so you can retrieve it, then delete it.

The platform, its software and its branding remain ours. Your content remains yours. Nothing here transfers ownership in either direction.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it “as is” and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and the courts of the City of Buenos Aires have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
